We are grateful to the users who were kind enough to share their experiences after using the Flexaway System. Following are their spontaneous and unedited comments.

Wow, wow, wow, wow! It is now 6 months since purchasing my Flexaway. There is only one word: amazing.

First there is the improvement to my eyes: they are both wide open and the extra skin that was very apparent on my upper eyelids has firmed up or possibly been pulled taut by the raising of my eyebrows. I can’t believe how good they look.

Then there is the shape of my face and cheekbones, or apple-cheeks as my mother used to call them. Alas, she hasn’t seen my apple-cheeks for years. Nor I have. Until now, they are both full and beautifully sculpted. Super!

My jaw area seems rounder, especially the area of my chin; it appears plumper.

I am a thin person so I did not have jowls but did notice a strand of skin from the bottom of my chin to my neck. That is no longer visible and my jaw/neck line both look firm and in place. No turkey neck like hanging piece.

I have been very good about using the Flexaway: three times a day at 2-3 per time. Over the last 6 months I can count on one hand how many days I have not used it.

I must say that I am impressed with your response. Honesty and candor are all to often missing in today's market place. The crows feet lines around my eyes and pucker grooves on my upper lip were the areas that I needed clarification on. To Whom It May Concern,
I have been using my Flexaway system for about a year. I love the way it has helped reverse some of the signs of aging on my face and chin. I even purchased two more. One for my sister and one for my daughter.

My sister's Flexaway has been a blessing to her by greatly reducing the terrible pain from TMJ she has had for years. She can now open her mouth fully without terrible pain and the feeling that a rubber band is trying to pull it shut.

The problem with my Flexaway, however, is the two wings that fit in the corner of my mouth both have torn cracks in them. 1/4th more inch and the tear will be completely through each one of them. Can I purchase two more of the wings to go with the inside of the mouth piece which is still in perfect condition?

I Ordered one of your facial exercisers at the begining of January 2010 and was wiling to give it a try after my friend in London had been recomended by her surgion after a brain tumour that this would help build the facial muscles. It is now the 27th of January and everyone at my work has comentated on how great my face looks and that I'm looking really healthy. While meeting friends for coffee one even comented on the difference of my chin, and then tried to make me feel better by saying that it wasn't that much of a double chin. I now have a great jaw line, great definition with my chin, no double chin at all and my brow has lifted and my cheeks look fab,, and all in less than four weeks. I used it about four times a day for just 60 reps and I've never been so happy about anything I've purchased ever. You will probably be getting lots of orders from Edinburgh in Scotland and outlanding areas as I'm now telling everyone the secret to my new fresher, younger looking face. HI. I received my kit yesterday . My mouth slopes downward badly - particularly on my left and when I go out people are always saying "Cheer up it might never happen!" I used the flexaway last night and I saw an instant lifting effect! It felt strange using it for the first time and left the corners of my mouth feeling sore. However, I re-read the instructions and applied the balm to the corners of my mouth as well as the buttons of the gadget and I achieved complete comfort for mysecond session. I found this time too easy does that mean I'm not dong it right?

Joan, what you may want to do in a couple weeks time is switch to a heavier band as long as you use the lubricant. The first thing you will find is that your facial expression will change from sour to cheery and energetic. You will notice people being drawn to you like never before. Hi. I wish I'd taken a before photo, I really do! The flexaway has really lifted the left side of my face . I also notice my eyes look wide open again and the "jowls" I was developing have smoothed out- and my neck looks tighter, too. I didn't expect results I could see so quickly and effortlessly. It has been almost 2 months since I started using Flexaway and I wnted to let you know about my exciting results.

My face is thinner, dark marionette crevices are fading, my eyes are more open and lifted, much less puffy and those awful heavy hoods are gone. I actually have space again between my eyes' creases and my lashes.

Over all, my face and neck look firmer, more toned and that tired look is gone - Really Gone!

Due to sinus/allergy problems, "Looking" tired has plagued me for as long as I can remember. No matter how energetic I felt, people would tell me I looked tired or asked if I felt OK.

I don't hear that anymore. I have been asked if I have lost weight (I wish!), have I changed my hairstyle and even that they like the way I am "now" applying my eye make up.

I purchased the Flex-Away system a couple of weeks ago, and have been using it since 3/6/09. It's now 3/17/09. I admit I was a big skeptic at first, believing that only surgery would help with my double chin, sagging jowls, and general kind of old/tired looks that I had been growing into since age 44 or so [I'm 48 1/2 now]. But then I read some things about some surgery that's always advertised on TV [and in fact a place I had visited about a year ago] that disenchanted me about even the short-term effects of something that would have cost me about $1,500.00.

So, I decided to spend the $58 on your system, and take a chance.

All I can say is...WOW! I've been using the system faithfully twice a day for about 50-60 reps each day, and I can see a big difference in my face, after only 1 1/2 weeks of use! I used to dread looking at myself in the reflection on the elevator, in the reflection on the window pane on the metro train in the morning and afternoon, and in pictures in general. But what I'm seeing now in those reflections is a new person, or at least a new face, a face that I am falling in love with.

I've always looked younger than my age, despite my thinning hair, which also turned salt and pepper back in my twenties. A combination of good, Irish genes and not too much time in the sun, gave me a youthful face. But when I hit my mid-40s a few years back, my profile and even face-forward started changing. Sagging jowls [those youthful Irish genes also gave me a fat, round face] and a double chin [from being slightly overweight--I'm 5'11" and average around 215 pounds, but a medium/stocky build since I workout a few times a week, and have for most of my adulthood] were becoming prominent features of my face at age 44. By the time I turned 48, back in August of last year, I didn't even want to see myself in the mirror, let alone contemplate how others were seeing me in profile.

Call it vanity [I am a gay male] or whatever, I didn't like what I saw. As I stated before, I thought about getting one of those LifeStyle lifts. The thought of being down and out for over a week with bandages on my face, though, wasn't sitting well with me. And the thought that I'd have to time it right--I was told to come back when I thought I had lost the weight that I was going to lose [or else the surgery would have been for naught]--made me nervous that I'd be wasting upwards of $1,500.00 if I didn't get the whole thing right. And the fact of the matter is, I continue to lose weight.

It's been less than 2 weeks on your system, and I can't tell you how pleased I am. On day 4 after I started using the system [I started on a Friday, and I'm off work on Fridays], I returned to the office on Monday and one of my co-workers commented to me, "your face is really glowing and very smooth." Granted, I had shaved that day - you'll find me clean-shaven maybe one out of the 4 days that I work [usually I'm scruffy], but I had also noticed some change even that early. And the co-worker's comment seemed to confirm that something nice was happening to my face. I can even feel the skin under my chin tightening up, and my face is lifted at the mouth somewhat - enough to make a difference and to make me want to look at my reflection wherever I can see it, because I know what I'm going to see isn't going to make me feel old and tired and fat. And, bottom line, un-appealing to others.

I'm glad I found your system, and even happier that it's working, and so soon. I can't imagine what's going to happen when I move on to the stronger rubber bands.

Thank you very much for putting your product out there, and for not being a sham. You don't know how much it means to me to be appealing again in my face. Well, I've always been average-looking, so that's not really what I mean. I mean, I like what I see, and that's all that really matters. I don't know if it's true that others can't find me appealing unless I myself find myself appealing, but I'm betting that it is. And not really caring if it isn't.

I feel good about myself once more. Looks aren't everything, for sure, but feeling good about how you look is a lot, an awful lot.

I spoke to you this morning on the phone to see if you had received my e-mail regarding my torn flexaway device. You said you had not, so I am trying again. You said you would send me another complimentary one.

I also wanted to let you know how much I love what the flexaway exerciser has for my face. It is truly amazing how much younger my face looks now that I have been using the device. I have done facial exercises for years but none of these exercises have made an impact on my facial muscles and contours like your wonderful product has. I will be 60 years old in August but most people think I am in my forties because I use the flexaway faithfully every day and have used it for a year or so now. I definitely do not want to be without it.

My husband and I just bought a retirement home in Florida for the winter months. We live in a seniors community park where you have to be at least 55 years of age. I was made to show my drivers license because they didn't believe that I was old enough. In fact many people have questioned me thinking I am too young to live here. I don't mind in the least and I know it is mostly because I use the flexaway faithfully.

First of all I want to thank you for providing the flexaway device for consumer use. I bought the flexaway device several months ago. I have had remarkable results and I wanted to share it with you and any others that you might want to share this with. I am in my fifties and had experienced some facial sagging starting in my forties. I bought a product called facial flex in hopes of improving the nose to mouth lines and sag. I used it faithfully but didn't really see noticeable results. As I got older I tried facial exercises which really showed improvement, but with a busy schedule it was difficult to complete 30-40 minutes worth of exercises daily. Also in my fifties, I developed slight jowls. Although the facial exercises helped ,they weren't enough, and the schedule to keep the exercises up was difficult.

Recently I purchased your flexaway after reading posts about it on the skinbiology forum. Several people commented that flexaway was different from the facial flex device and produced far better results. With the price I couldn't pass up the opportunity to give it a try. When I got the product I didn't take the time to read instructions and did not get it placed in my mouth properly. I spent two days feeling uncomfortable using it. Finally I took the time to take another look at the instructions while looking in a mirror. From that point on it was a breeze.

I faithfully use the device twice a day after I brush my teeth. At first I didn't see a lot of change, remember I had been doing facial exercises, so there was already some toning to my muscles. Then after a month and a half I was looking in the mirror and was stunned at how toned and firm my jaw, cheek, and jowl area were. I was developing a natural youthful lift that I hadn't seen since my twenties. Within the next several weeks I continued to noticed this pronounced lifted look, absent of sagging jowls. I have been so excited that I have been sharing it with my friends everywhere. I look forward to putting my makeup on in the morning just to see my face and realize how much more youthful I look. I can't tell you how wonderful I feel knowing there is something so easy and fast to use that has created the changes I am seeing.

After using facial flex, your product flexaway is far superior just like was stated on the skinbiology forum. Flexaway targets more muscle groups which gives a more balanced lifted look. Also if anyone complains that the device is uncomfortable and rubbing the inside of their mouth, they simple haven't got it properly in place.

I think the general public has finally gotten the message of the effectiveness of exercising the facial muscles to counter the sag that comes with age. Now that you have a product to flex these muscles that targets just the right muscle groups to produce the necessary lift is amazing. If I sound excited, I am!

Before realizing the benefit for flexing the muscles, I had been at the point of thinking there was no help for me short of plastic surgery. You just can't image how empowered I feel ,and hope for the same experience for others.

Wow! I've been using my flexaway for about 3 weeks and can hardly believe the results. (I'm 59 years old), and have a wattle neck-or at least I used to. My neck has seen so much improvement, it almost looks normal-and this after only 3 weeks! Can hardly wait to see what I'll look like in 6 weeks or 6 months. I’m 49, and not a single person ever guesses my age. It’s usually not even close! With each passing week, the face I see in the morning mirror keeps looking better and better. Like one of your other customers said, I wish I’d taken a picture when I started all this, so you’ll just have to take my word for it. I’m so thrilled to have found such an inexpensive product that’s not only safe, but truly effective.

The fact that I’m getting results inspires me to keep going with it, so every night after dinner while watching TV, I pop it in and it takes all of five minutes or less to do the 70 reps. If I could do this twice a day, my results would come even quicker, but I’m in no rush. Just knowing that things are heading north instead of south is enough for me.

I am a 58 year old lady and in the past year have really been so dissatisfied with my double chin and the way the sides of my mouth droop. After using the Flexaway for just two weeks I began to notice a slight difference. Now I've been using it about 3 months and I am amazed, really I AM AMAZED! My double chin has almost vanished, my face is smoother, I no longer have the deep lines between my eyebrows, and my cheeks are taking on a hollowed look where as before they were sorta pudgy. I do the exercises twice a day and admit I do 100 per session. My husband of 39 years who never compliments even noticed and is impressed. Please, don't ever stop making these, I never want to be without it! I also appreciate being able to talk to a live, friendly and helpful person on the phone that really knows the product. I know this sounds like a commercial but all that I have said is the honest truth. This is the first time I have ever used a product that I have taken the time or even been happy enough with the results to write and let them know. I only wish I'd taken a picture of myself before I began using the Flexaway as a benchmark reference.

I just talked to Beverly as I was panicky this morning when I was putting a new rubber band on and cleaning the Flexaway and saw that the 4 edges in the center part where my teeth clamp on the edge are tearing, yikes... PS: Two little things of note. At first when I pulled the device out of the box and tried to put it in I thought oh no what have I done, I'll never be able to put this thing in right and I've wasted my money. Thanks to the video and all your helpful information I figured it out. By that night I was on my way. It does help to get the whole thing wet and maybe even at first put on a little Vaseline on the edges of ones mouth as mine was a bit tender at first. Also I thought it wasn't doing anything at first as when I flexed I didn't see any muscles moving or anything happening, that lasted about a week and then I started noticing my muscles moving and felt I was really on my way then.

I would like to take the opportunity to write that since I have been using the "Flexaway system” facial exerciser for five weeks there as been a natural gradual change in my facial appearance. In the mornings I now no longer see the harsh severity of the horizontal lines on my forehead and the deep vertical line that was once in the middle of my eyebrows. In my opinion this natural way of regenerating and contouring my face also helps to alleviates daily stress as it stimulate various muscles throughout my face.

I am so excited, as your Flexaway exerciser is actually starting to make a visible difference in my jaw line! I started using the Flexaway less than a month ago, and I was awkward and sporadic with it at first. I persisted, and before long I was using it easily and regularly twice, often three times, each day. I have been using your flexaway system for the past two weeks and I can already see a tremendous difference in my face, especially around my jaw line. I wanted to let you know how much I like using my FlexAway System - I'm so glad I bought it! I had been using another system. Unfortunately I had started to notice that it just wasn't doing the job - especially noticing a line/slight drooping fold from nose to outer lip to chin - it was depressing. I also needed some help in the area of my eyebrows and forehead which the other system didn't exercise at all. I found your system on the internet last winter and decided to give it a try, thinking how different could it be? To my happy surprise it's been a BIG difference - my eyebrows are definitely tilting upwards more (really notice it on the outer edge which was going down) more space between eyebrows, which is firmer, and lines are barely noticeable, firmer line free forehead, cheekbones (yes!), line or fold from corner of nose and chin is I would say gone, firmer jaw line and neck, AND I'm seeing MY CHIN again! (what I mean is the more defined pointy shape is returning!) My lips are improving too - plumper, and I really notice this when putting on my lip liner as the shape is changing. I must tell you that when I went for a checkup recently the Dr. thought the wrong birth date was on my chart as he thought I was closer to 30 - and my son's friends, that hadn't met me, thought I was his girlfriend - and he is only 23! I am 56 years old and in relatively good shape, since I do keep up with an exercise program. I could not help notice the extra ripples under my chin when I looked at myself in the mirror, especially from the side view. Determined to do something about it I found the FlexAway system on the internet. It sounded convincing enough for me to order it. I would like to share my experience with you. One month went by, and I really did not notice any difference, but I wasn't going to give up. I wanted to give it at least 3 months, as it is an easy 2 minutes a day of my time. I decided to contact the Flexaway company after using their Flexaway system, so that they might share this with those who are wondering if this system really works. It does!!!!

I will begin by telling you a little about why I purchased it. I have a very thin face. I am 55 years old. Ever since I was about 30 years old, I noticed creasing starting (from the corners of my mouth to the outer part of my nose). I noticed in photos that I was starting to look older than I really was. I began researching facial exercise and of course facial creams. Through the following years I tried several gadgets (electrical and not) plus several facial exercise systems. I realized creams and sunscreen were not filling out the flabbiness. Nothing seemed to really show much of a difference, but I kept trying! Spending money and All of these systems were very time consuming (at least 45 minutes a day) and nothing really seemed to change. I was getting very self-conscious! When I had my second son, a woman told me"What a beautiful grandbaby!". I was so embarrassed! Through my 40's, clerks kept offering the store's senior discount! I cant tell you how low my self-esteem was! About 4 weeks ago, I decided to try the FlexAway system.
